Rebalancing and healing your nervous system means getting back to a state where you feel calm, centred and positive about life.
If you are feeling restless, anxious, trouble sleeping, living with stress, constantly on the go, feel like you can’t stop, or can’t relax, then your nervous system may be overstimulated.
You may even expereince physical symptoms like a racing heart, headaches, muscle tension, or digestive problems*

Our next Yoga Workshop takes a unique approach that focuses blending yoga techinques to bring the vagal nerve into a state of relaxation.
The vagal nerve is a complex network of nerves that run around the eyes, nose, mouth, throat, heart, lungs, gut and towards the base of the body. It is linked to our stress responses –‘fight or flight’ or ‘rest and digest’
Our fast-paced, on-demand, modern lifestyle means we can end up living in a constant state of stress – it becomes a way of life. Your nervous system becomes overstimulated.
The result you don’t know how to relax, switch off, have disturbed sleep, digestion issues from over or under eating, chronic illnesses, difficutlies communicating and expressing yourself and connecting with others.
The Feel-Good Yoga Workshop is designed to rebalance your nervous system so you:
- Release tension and discomfort from tight muscles
- Feel freedom in your body from aches and pains
- Improve sleep
- Transform your physical and mental state

- Better quality connection with others
Taught by experienced yoga teachers, Nazama Tague and Hilary Bellhouse. This is an opportunity to give yourself time to learn about the depth and insights to yoga, which is beyond just postures.
