Is your nervous system overstimulated? If you’re struggling with restlessness, anxiety, poor sleep, menopausal symptoms or chronic stress, it may be time to listen to your body and restore balance. Physical symptoms like a racing heart, headaches, muscle tension, and digestive issues often accompany an overactive nervous system.
Our Feel-Good Yoga Workshop is designed to help you release tension, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. It can even help with menopausal symptoms.
This unique workshop blends traditional yoga techniques to activate and relax the vagal nerve, which plays a key role in managing the body’s stress responses (fight-or-flight and rest-and-digest).
Our fast-paced, on-demand, modern lifestyle means we can end up living in a constant state of stress – it becomes a way of life. Your nervous system becomes overstimulated.
Through this workshop, you’ll:

Taught by experienced Yoga Therapists Nazama Tague and Hilary Bellhouse, this workshop is for everyone*—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, lighter, and more in tune with your body, emotions, mind and higher-self.
