Bringing Joyful Yoga in January

Join us for a lively, fun yoga workshop exploring yoga sequences, breathing and relaxation. This workshop is ideal to shake away the winter blues, to get going and kick start the year.
Taught by experienced yoga teachers, Nazama Tague and Hilary Bellhouse. This is an opportunity to give yourself time to learn about the depth and insights to yoga, which is beyond just postures.
You’ll get the opportunity to let go of tiredness, lethargy and boost your energy through Vitality Sequence with Nazama. Then Hilary will take you through Energy Block Release 4 & 5, two very graceful and calming sequences that can help clear stress symptoms.
And just before you lie down for a longer deep relaxation, you’ll have time to work with your breath to bring balance to your whole self.
You’ll leave feeling totally relaxed, energised and lighter in yourself.
Who’s it for?
Anyone interested in learning more about yoga. Young or Old. Fit or Unfit – Bendy or Non-Bendy- It’s all good. Everyone Welcome*.
Booking Your Place
Advance booking is essential, as workshops often sellout. You need a yoga mat (which we can provide), blanket and water.
There will be a short break with light refreshments.

Booking Terms: Cancellations made more than 7 days before events start will be given a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days notice will not be refunded (regardless of reason) unless your place is filled or you have to self-isolate.
