Within each of us burns an inner fire. When in balance, our inner fire helps us with motivation, have clear perception, optimism, and enthusiasm. We have a love of life, high energy, vitality and a calm mind.
This time of year when it is naturally darker and cold, it can take more effort to get going and staying motivated, and so our next workshop will focus on helping you ignite your inner fire.
Just as any fire requires careful tending to keep it alive, our inner fire needs attention, intention, and dedication to maintain its radiance – helping us with life’s ups and downs.
Both in Yogic and Ayurveda traditions there are numerous techniques of keeping our inner fire burning brightly.
Taught by experienced yoga teachers, Nazama Tague and Hilary Bellhouse, this is an opportunity to give yourself time to learn about the depth and insights to yoga and Ayurveda philosophy’s. There will be a combinations of yoga sequences, breathing, traditional wisdom, and relaxation to help stoke your inner fire.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, energised and brighter in yourself.
The perfect way to practice self-care, flourish and feel-good.
