Join us for a morning of Feel-Good Yoga.  With our expertly crafted yoga sequences, breathing and deep relaxation, our blissful workshop will fill you with a sense of happiness and keep you feeling at your best.

The perfect way to practice self-care, flourish and feel-good.

Taught by experienced yoga teachers, Nazama Tague and Hilary Bellhouse.  This is an opportunity to give yourself time to learn about the depth and insights to yoga, which is beyond just postures.

You’ll get the opportunity to let go of tiredness, lethargy and boost your energy.   We will take you through graceful and calming sequences that can help clear stress symptoms.

And just before you lie down for a longer deep relaxation, you’ll have time to work with your breath to bring balance to your whole self.

You’ll leave feeling totally relaxed, energised and lighter in yourself.

Who’s it for?

Anyone interested in learning more about yoga. Young or Old. Fit or Unfit – Bendy or Non-Bendy- It’s all good. Everyone Welcome*.

Booking Your Place

Advance booking is essential, as workshops often sellout. You need a yoga mat (which we can provide), blanket and water.

No workshop is complete without a short break with tea & biscuits (healthy-ish biscuits of course!)
