Back by popular demand, (and just before Christmas), enjoy a Saturday morning of relaxing and nourishing yoga.
Nazama & Hilary will team up once again to explore a range of relaxing yoga sequences. Plus, with more time we can focus on a range of pranayam (breath) and longer yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
However, this workshop will not just be about relaxing, but a time to reflect too. A depth to yoga that is not commonly explored. Asking yourself the bigger questions like ‘what do I want more of?’
This is an opportunity to give yourself time to learn about the depth and insights to yoga, which is beyond just postures.
This time round we'll include Energy Block Release 6, a graceful and deep sequence that can help clear stress symptoms.
And just before you lie down for a longer yoga nidra, (a nourishing yogic sleep), you're have a moment to reflect on what you want more of out of life. It could be a single quality more peace, self-worth, joy, love, stability, creativity, calm .....
Hopefully, you’ll leave feeling totally relaxed, lighter in yourself - like you’re walking on air.
