Flow-in Yoga

Perfect for

Everybody & every body*.  Flow-in classes aim to move in a smooth, mindful & graceful way, synchronising breath and movement.

Each Yoga Class is designed to bring people together of all levels, ages, shapes and sizes.  

How it Works

Class themes are kept fresh to suit the time of day & year.

A wide range of warm ups, body preparations, yoga postures, sequences, breathing and a deep relaxation are covered.

The emphasis is to stay in a relaxed but alert state, this way you’ll find it easier to increase your range of movement.

On a Saturday morning, the pace is slightly faster and usually includes the sun sequence.


Aimed at improving posture and flexibility.  

By focusing on movement and breathing you will achieve improvements in both your physical and emotional well being: increasing flexibility; helping to reduce stress; boosting energy levels - stretching and strengthening body and mind.  

You'll walk away feeling happy, relaxed and flexible - most people have their best night sleep after a Flow-in Yoga Class.

How to Book

Trial Your First 2 Classes for £6.00 each

Option 1: Book Online

This is the quickest way to book and it can be done even 15 mins before a class starts.  Simply:

• Buy an Introductory Class Pass £6.00.

• Complete Your Details

• Register into your preferred class

Option 2:  Call to Book.

Card payments are taken over the phone. Registration can be completed over the phone or you can complete a form before the class starts.

Options 3: Turn Up at a Class.  

Please note places are on a first come, first serve basis, after advance bookings. (Jan & Feb are peak times).

You’ll need to  arrive 15 mins early to complete a registration form.
