Healthy Back Programme for anyone living with Chronic Back Pain
Yoga for your school as part of PE or PSHE
Yoga in your workplace, either organised by colleagues or as part of a health and well-being programme
Yoga for service-users. You may have clients with complex needs including mobility issues, depression, high anxiety levels or learning difficulties .
