Nazama Tague
Bring Your Tense Body, Busy-Mind & a Willing Heart

Yoga-in was officially launched by Nazama Tague in 2014.  After some encouragement from her yoga trainer, Nazama started a small class as a hobby.

Moved by support from friends and the public, she soon started exploring more ways of helping people to live well.

Now, Nazama is a qualified professional Yoga Teacher and has worked with over 2,000 people and has 3,500+ hours teaching experience, spanning over 9 years.  She is trained to teach Children & Teens Yoga, a Healthy Back Care & Wellbeing Instructor and Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher.

Also trained as Mental Health First Aider (level 2) and  Ayurveda Health Coach.  She is currently on a 2-year CNHC Yoga Therapy (an evidence-based approach to yoga on helping to manage different health conditions) due to complete 2024.

How it all began for Nazama…

At 19, Nazama first tried yoga at university, but after a few sessions felt too stiff and inadequate to practice.

Around her mid-twenties, feeling the impact of past traumas and having both mental and physical health difficulties, she discovered a new compassionate teacher who made yoga accessible.  That was it, she was hooked.

However, by her late 20’s Nazama hit burn-out mainly due to her job.  Feeling severely depressed, she quit her job with an aim to recover over a couple months, but in fact it took her a year.  In this time, she was truly able to bring more self-care, yoga and meditation into her life, and also volunteered at a yoga centre.

Now Nazama, is committed to demystifying yoga, meditation, mindfulness and ayurveda, and teaching in an accessible way to help as many people as possible to heal and live well.

Why does the Yoga-in Approach Work?

It’s an easy-to-follow, compassionate, light-hearted fusion of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and ayurveda, taught in bite sizes in a way that everybody and every body can have a go at.

Yoga is therapeutic and can move beyond just performing poses and twisting yourself into a pretzel!

Through flowing unforced movements, directed breathing, visualisation, deep relaxations, with a fusion of light mindfulness and meditation; yoga works to re-balance all the many layers of our being.

The result.  You’ll feel fantastic, improving fitness, strength & flexibility, rediscovering yourself, and creating feelings of a happier, intuitive, creative, calmer you,

The same goes for mindfulness and meditation.  Not only creating a sense of calm, boosting your mental wellbeing and even your immunity, but also being able respond rather than react to any stresses in life.

Yoga and mindfulness is your inner experience and can be part of your journey through life.

Yoga and Mindfulness is for Everyone

Age is irrelevant in yoga and mindfulness and we understand you may not reach your toes or be able to sit cross-legged on the floor.

We take time to break down postures and techniques, offer alternatives, so the class suits your unique body, joints, back, concentration levels and health.

“When I first started yoga I could barely reach my knees, let alone touch my toes! I was also exhausted, unwell and lacked confidence. But then I tried a more gentle therapeutic style, and I fell in love with yoga and later meditation.

It took time, but now I have much more energy & better physical and mental health. PLUS, I can almost touch my toes!”
