Yoga for Beginners

A great way for men and women to start building the foundation of a yoga practice. All levels are welcome at a beginner’s class, as anyone can benefit from revisiting the basics.

What is Involved?

Delivered at a steady-pace, you’ll explore a range of postures, sequences and breathing techniques in a way that feels good.

Classes are kept light-hearted and fun, so you feel at ease and confident in trying out the exercises, as well as finding ways to adapt techniques to suit your body.  There is a no-touch and compassionate approach to teaching.

Classes are all topped off with a nourishing deep-relaxation

In these sessions, yoga will be introduced in a way that it is accessible to anyone, regardless of age, gender, fitness level, flexibility and body type.  By learning the foundations, your self-confidence and abilities will grow.
