Delivered at a steady-pace, you’ll explore a range of postures, sequences and breathing techniques in a way that feels good.
Classes are kept light-hearted and fun, so you feel at ease and confident in trying out the exercises, as well as finding ways to adapt techniques to suit your body. There is a no-touch and compassionate approach to teaching.
Classes are all topped off with a nourishing deep-relaxation
