Gentle Zoom Class (Wed 11.15am)

Gentle Yoga-in classes aid mobility and flexibility in your joints, back, connective tissues and muscles – all in the comfort of your own home.
Ideal if you’re feeling stiff, recovering or living with a chronic illness, or simply want to gently move and relax. You’re in charge and you take it to whatever level that suits your body.
What is Gentle Yoga-in?
A slower-paced, mindful and lighter yoga, with easy-to-follow postures and gentle breathing to move your whole body, spine and joints.
Designed to also manage lower-back health, you’ll become more agile as you gradually stretch and increase strength.
Classes wrap-up with a short but soothing deep-relaxation.
Why is it Good for Me?
It’ll improve your mobility, range of movement, posture, suppleness, as well as freeing your back, neck and shoulders. You’ll boost your emotional wellbeing, shaking-off excess stress and worries.
It’s both uplifting and freeing at the same time.
You’re in charge and you take it to whatever level that suits your body, this can mean doing some of the class sitting in a chair.*
Regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, auto-immune diseases, life after cancer treatments, aches and pains – including lower back pain – depression and stress.
You’ll walk away with a happy loosened-up spine and joints, feeling rested and ready to get on with your day.
