Feel Good Yoga Workshop: Spring Reboot is a rejuvenating seasonal yoga workshop draws on Yoga and Ayurveda traditions to help you clear away the cobwebs of winter, awaken your inner light, and step into spring feeling refreshed, energised, and vibrant.
Led by Nazama Tague and Hilary Bellhouse, this workshop blends Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, and Breathwork offering time-honored techniques to reignite your vitality and well-being.

According to Ayurveda, winter is ruled by Kapha dosha—the energy of earth and water. While Kapha provides stability and nourishment, its lingering effects in early spring can leave you feeling:
