Join us for an afternoon of Sound Bath by Inner Pieces & Feel-Good Yoga Feel-Good Yoga with Nazama. With our expertly crafted yoga sequences, mindful sounds set, and deep relaxation, our blissful workshop will fill you with a sense of tranquility and feeling your best.
Taught by experienced yoga teacher and Ayurveda Health Coach, Nazama Tague and talented musician, Andrew Ford from Inner Pieces. This is an opportunity to give yourself time to learn about the depth and insights to yoga, which is beyond just postures as well enjoying beautiful, healing live music.
Inner Pieces is a project started by Bristol based musician Andrew Ford after suffering from a fairly substantial loss of hearing and the onset of tinnitus. This sparked off a journey of self-exploration, that led to an opportunity for personal healing and growth. The music is an attempt to pick up these inner pieces, to put them back together and create something beautiful.
The music is well suited for meditation, contemplation and yoga using the soothing tones of the Hang, RAV drum Native American Style flute and Sansula help to bring the mind to a state of calm tranquility. You can find Inner Pieces on Spotify, YouTube and itunes.
