Discovering how to reduce and free yourself from stress, menopausal symptoms, back pain can help to bring more joy back into your life, doing more of what you love, and live life to the full.
This is a self-care class is ideal to de-stress at the end of a hectic day or week.
Led by Nazama Tague who has over 11 years experience of teaching yoga.
What is Calm & Relax Yoga?
Both an active and slower-paced class, the Calm & Relax yoga class focuses on nervous system to activate the parasympathetic relaxation response through uses movement, breathwork, mindfulness and deep relaxation, helping you feel rejuvenated, calm and relaxed.
You’ll start by moving stuck energy – shaking-off stress, tiredness and tension. You will be guided through mindful movement that work with your spine, nervous system, focus on breathing and relaxation techniques.
Classes complete with a deep-relaxation.
